Paying Annual Membership Dues

For complete details on types of membership and dues, visit IBSC Membership Types & Fees.  IBSC members pay dues on these timelines.

  • If your school is located in the Southern Hemisphere, your membership runs January 1 – December 31. Remember to pay your dues in February each year. IBSC will email to remind you.
  • If your school is located in the Northern Hemisphere, your membership runs August 1 – July 31. Remember to pay your dues in September each year. IBSC will email to remind you.

Easy Steps to Pay Your Dues

  • Existing School Members
    IBSC emails an invoice in January (Southern Hemisphere) or September (Northern Hemisphere) to the main email address of record for your school. During your membership dues cycle, you may log in to the IBSC Member Center to download and/or pay the invoice by selecting "Your Organization" from the My Profile tab.  Once you view the "Organization" screen, click "Invoices".  Also, you may update your school's annual tuition (if necessary) and generate a new invoice using the Dues Update Form.
  • New School Members
    If you have recently joined IBSC please refer to the welcome and acknowledgement emails confirming your paid status.  In the future, your school will automatically receive a renewal email.
